How will my Executor know if all my information is stored here?

We will email your Executor to advise them that they have been named as Executor and ask for confirmation. We will send reminders to you on a yearly basis to just confirm the details remain the same.

Can I upload a video?

Yes, you can upload a video or photos. There are some limits on size.

What happens to a person’s account when they pass?

When we are advised of someone’s passing, our internal process ensures their information is secured before it is passed to the Executor and relevant family members.

Do you store my bank accounts or passwords?

At this stage we only store bank name and account type but not the account numbers since the Executor can request those. We recommend the use of a specific password storage application.

How often do you conduct security assessments?

Anticipate Life operates a continuous security and threat assessment program.

How do you store my data?

Anticipate Life stores your data in the cloud using several types of storage, depending on the type of data, including databases, file storage and other systems.

What laws do you comply with in regards to data privacy?

Anticipate Life operates in many countries that each have their own laws about data privacy and security. We continually monitor the regulatory landscape to identify changes and determine what action Anticipate Life needs to take to uphold our obligations in each jurisdiction.

Who has access to my data?

You are the primary person that can access your data. If you invite another person to assist then you can grant them access. Our customer care team do not have access to details held in your account.

Do you store my credit card information in your system?

No. All credit card activity and information is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe.

How does the free trial work?

Every account receives a 14 day free trial period. You simply add a plan to your account and the trial starts automatically. You will not be required to enter your credit card details to receive this trial period. During this trial we encourage you to see how you can make life easier for your family and those you leave behind.

How much does it cost to have an Assistant or Executor on my account?

Absolutely nothing. These people are invited by you to help you and our way of supporting you with that is at no extra cost.

What is the main difference between a couple and a single subscription?

A couple will have a lot of shared information like pets and assets but will still require separate information for individual end of life planning.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes, you do get a discount. Paying annually is like being given two months for free.

How often can I change or add to my information?

You can add to or change your information as many times as you like.

What if I need help to fill everything out?

You can invite someone to be an Assistant by adding them to your account. You can have any number of Assistants you wish. There is online help available for every section and we are always available to help too, with general details, if you are not sure about a section.
